Common questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the DHP position on this training?
The CBAM Diploma Program in Qatar is designed to align with Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) standards. In Qatar, the DHP has approved dermal filler procedures for eligible practitioners within the scope defined by the regulatory authority. Final clinical privileging decisions follow DHP regulations and the policies of the employing healthcare facility.
Can general practitioners take injectables training in Qatar?
Yes. CBAM programs are open to liceneuronsed medical doctors of all specialties, including General Practitioners, as well as dentists and oral & maxillofacial surgeons. GPs are eligible to attend and receive certification; scope of practice is determined by DHP privileging rules.
How much does aesthetic medicine training cost in Qatar?
The Diploma is $8,000 USD paid in full (regular price $8,400), or $1,400 today on a 6-week interest-free installment plan. Board Certification is $12,000 and the Fellowship $14,500. Groups of two or more receive an extra 10% off each.
How long is the training?
All programs combine interactive virtual theory (8 hours) with 3 days of hands-on practice on live models in Doha. Board Certification adds the 2-Day Master Injector Program; the Fellowship adds the 1-Day Facial Ultrasound & Fresh Cadaver course.

It is hybrid. Theory is delivered through pre-recorded online modules, live Q&A and a virtual interactive classroom; the hands-on component must be completed in person at the Qatar training centre (Al Waab Medical Center, Doha).
Do I practise on real patients?
